About the Workshop

Where nature, gratitude and human connection meet. Join us for a peaceful and eye opening guided walk along a forested and partially paved trail. We’ll slow down, tune in and explore wild plants growing all around us.
Together, we’ll smell, touch, taste, and reconnect with the natural world, bringing more calm, joy, and meaning into everyday life. No experience needed, just curiosity. From ripe berries, to ripening nuts, tasty greens, roots, and even some medicinal herbs. Don't miss out on an opportunity to learn true abundance.

Keith Degasperis

Keith is a creative and conscious father who has reclaimed his health through a deep connection with the natural world. Living in Shelburne, Ontario, he has developed a profound knowledge of local plants, knowing the uses and unique qualities of most in the area.
Keith’s passion for nature shines through in his hands-on approach: he can often be found exploring, experimenting with medicinal herbs and creating healing salves and tinctures. He enjoys sharing the magic of plants and their benefits by preparing and sharing wild foods as well as crafting jewelry from natural materials. Keith brings this enthusiasm into nature school programs, teaching children to appreciate and connect with the natural world.
