Relationships are complex, and when they’ve been intertwined with pain or trauma, it can be especially challenging to find clarity. Many of the couples I support are stuck in cycles of disconnection where fears manifest in arguments, shutdowns, or the overwhelming feeling of needing to escape. I also work with individuals recovering from abusive relationships, as well as those carrying the weight of childhood trauma, grief, or loss. My goal is always to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply respected.
In addition to my professional training, I bring lived experience navigating the complexities of relationships and family life. I understand how difficult it can be to decide whether to continue rebuilding or to start the process of letting go. I’m not here to direct; I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and compassion, always honouring your unique journey and inner wisdom.
Through our work together, my hope is that you’ll begin to approach challenges from a place of steadiness instead of overwhelm. I want you to feel proud of the work you’ve done, knowing that the progress you’ve made comes from your own strength, insight, and commitment to healing.

get to know me outside of therapy
I love hanging out with my daughters and playing with our goofy puppy and 3 cats. All those personalities in one room is so fun!
I love to move, whether that is running, gardening, walking the goofy puppy, kayaking or going to the gym. It provides me with clarity, energy and happiness.
I also like to build and repair things because I am learning all the time. A shout to google for all those “how to videos”.
