Our Team

Emma Ogden

Registered Social Worker
MSW, RSW (she/her)
We don’t always have the words to explain what we’re going through - sometimes overwhelming feelings show up as big emotions, withdrawal, or behaviours that are hard to understand. Whether you notice this in yourself or a loved one, it can feel distressing and leave you unsure how to provide support.

With over a decade of experience, I help kids, teens, and families navigate mental health challenges, emotion regulation, family conflict, and trauma, by developing a shared understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface. I am mindful of creating a safe space for those who may feel unsure about therapy, meeting each person in ways that feel engaging and comfortable. Therapy with me is flexible, creative, and tailored to your needs - this might include conversation, games, crafts, or movement. Where helpful, I involve families in ways that strengthen connection and support positive shifts at home.

Over time, increased awareness of emotions and triggers can help you feel more confident in managing them, leading to small but meaningful changes in your daily life and relationships. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Therapy offers a space where you can feel understood, supported, and not alone as you move toward growth.
