As one of our Care & Connection Specialists, Tasha is here to ensure that every interaction with BODYMIND Collective feels supportive, easeful, and thoughtfully guided. She brings a calm and welcoming presence to her role, helping clients feel comfortable and cared for as they navigate their therapeutic journey. With a background in counselling and holistic wellness, Tasha offers a thoughtful blend of insight, empathy, and intuition in every connection she makes.
Tasha’s work is deeply rooted in supporting the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. Alongside her role at BODYMIND Collective, she wears many hats: a holistic practitioner, birth and postpartum doula, and facilitator of somatic and dance-based community gatherings in the Hamilton area. Through these experiences, she creates spaces that invite people to reconnect with themselves while feeling supported in community. This ability to hold grounded, intentional space carries naturally into her work at the clinic, where she helps foster an environment that feels safe, nurturing, and accessible for each client.
Her warmth, attentiveness, and holistic perspective make her a beautiful addition to the BODYMIND Collective team, and we are so excited to have her with us.

I love travelling and have lived all over the world (Canada, Costa Rica, Australia, England and Scotland!)
I am mom to two awesome kids and we love to spend our time together playing sports, doing crafts, and exploring local thrift shops
One of my favourite quotes: “They say to dance like nobody is watching. I think that implies that we are afraid to dance in front of the people. I say dance like everybody is watching. Dance like your children are watching, your ancestors, your family. Dance for those who are hurting, those who can’t dance, those who lost loved ones and those who suffer injustices throughout the world. Let every step be a prayer for humanity! Most of all dance for the Creator, who breathed into your soul so you may celebrate this gift of life” -Supaman
