Intense emotions can feel overwhelming, leaving us flooded with anger or sadness, or sometimes feeling completely numb. These reactions can bring guilt or a sense of being stuck, as if past experiences are holding you back from being the person you want to be. Whether you’re navigating challenges on your own or in a relationship, you might not yet have the tools to make sense of it all. I understand how difficult this can be, but I don’t believe you are broken; I see someone who has been hurt and is in need of care. In my work across crisis environments and community settings, I have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. Therapy with me is collaborative and rooted in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing, and that emotions, even the challenging ones, carry important messages. I provide a nonjudgmental space to explore the parts of you that are hurting, the parts that protect, and the parts that long for change. Together, we’ll develop insight, recognize your strengths, and co-create a clear path toward growth and resilience. When our emotional world no longer feels like something to fear or suppress, we can begin to experience greater clarity and confidence in our relationships and within ourselves. I am here for you when you’re ready and would love to support you in stepping back into alignment with the life you want to live.

I love to travel, exploring new places, cultures, and the food. Some of my favourite destinations so far have been Portugal, France, Italy and Spain. I’m also that person who’s always researching future travel spots, even if I don’t have a trip planned (yet).
I’m really into rollerblading and roller skating.
Living in Hamilton, I take full advantage of the amazing local food scene. I love trying new restaurants, and I’m always open to recommendations, so feel free to send your favourites my way!
