I am fascinated by human connection and the ways that our relationships act as a gate way for healing and transformation. My own greatest lessons have come from experiences that have deeply moved me and expanded me into connection with bodymind and parts of my self - sometimes when it felt like there was no other choice.

I believe that true healing is something that happens within each of us, in our own way. Through deepening our connection with the waves of our emotions and the present moment information from our bodies, we embark on a journey inwards into the deeper consciousness and wisdom of our bodymind. I often describe myself as a facilitator who accompanies you on this journey where together we observe what is present and find ways to safely move through what arises.

I know that this process can be vulnerable and I invite you to show up exactly as you are and know that all parts of you are welcome. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing to trust me in this process.
