Trying to hold everything together on your own can feel overwhelming, like you’re constantly running from one role to the next and never fully catching your breath. Maybe you’re a teen managing school pressure, a partner struggling to feel heard, a parent balancing family needs with your own, or someone carrying the weight of past trauma. I understand how exhausting it can be to carry these invisible burdens while still showing up for others.
I bring over 18 years of clinical experience supporting children, adults, and families in the mental health sector, leading community programs, and advocating for those navigating complex systems. Through this, I’ve developed a deep understanding of lived realities, and bring a lens of cultural awareness in creating a space that feels safe and non-judgmental. Therapy with me is a collaborative process built on trust, because I believe healing starts when we feel truly seen and understood. Together, we might use conversation, creative strategies like art or metaphor, or practical coping tools that can be applied outside the therapy room.
I believe that when we witness our own strengths, we can find hope in situations that once felt overwhelming and move forward with a renewed sense of resilience. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start: taking the first step is enough, and even small steps forward can lead to meaningful change.

get to know me outside of therapy
I spend countless hours at the rink cheering on my daughter, who plays elite-level hockey. I’ve become an expert at packing gear, road trips, and balancing schedules around tournaments.
Whether it’s planning a future trip, exploring hidden gems in Ontario, or enjoying nature in Northern communities, I love experiencing new places and cultures.
I find peace in being near water whether it’s by a pool, a lake, or just enjoying a quiet moment outside with my dog, friends, and family.
